I try to find times to work on the computer when my cat is sleepingr444444444444444444[-p34 OOps, she has returned. Do you see what I mean? She will be sitting quietly, wathcing my fingers fly over the keys...and then she must help. She is not satisfied with batting at my finges but must grab them forcing a quick pat on the head. Drat that cat...she is at it again.
My husband says I work under quite a handicap...or as he puts it...handicat.
At the moment she has followed my husband upstairs, so I may have a few minutes to type without interuption. I hate to remove her from my lap as she is 22 years old and rarely asks for attention...other than times I am sitting on the couch with my laptop, fixing dinner, playing guitar or just about 90% of her waking day. She is eating the other 10%.
When she is on my lap I also have to vary the speed of my typing so as not to get a certain rythm that causes her to have a seizure. That is most distressing. Like right now...she has returned from her journey upstairs and is watching my fingers. It is always a tuess...ooops she got me again...It is always a GUESS as...hmmmm...what was I planning to write? Ah yes, I never know when she will grab a finger or steop onto the keyboard to help me...as she just did.
I think it is time that I close the laptop, sit back and give kitty the undivided attention that she feels she deserves.
